About the Programme
Citi South Africa is inviting applications for its 2026 Learnership Graduate Programme within the Investment Banking team. This 12-month programme offers hands-on work experience and valuable exposure to Citi’s operations across Africa and the globe.
Participants will gain in-depth knowledge, receive structured training, and develop essential skills to prepare for a long-term career in banking. Graduates are also eligible to apply for permanent roles during the programme and will be sponsored for a postgraduate qualification relevant to their field.
