About the Role:

Hello Group is hiring an Entry-Level FICA Consultant to support compliance efforts in line with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). The role involves verifying customer information, maintaining accurate records, supporting transaction monitoring, and identifying potential risks related to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF). This position is suited for someone meticulous, analytical, and eager to grow in a compliance-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with customer onboarding and ongoing maintenance

Carry out FICA/AML compliance checks in line with the Risk Management and Compliance Programme (RMCP)

Monitor activities to detect any suspicious or non-compliant behavior

Perform general office and administrative duties

Maintain up-to-date and accurate FICA documentation

Compile compliance reports

Provide quality customer service during onboarding or account updates

Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays


Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric)

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong administrative and typing abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Interest in compliance, finance, or regulatory environments

0–1 year of relevant experience (in administration, compliance, or analytics)
