Role Overview:

Pedros is seeking a Logistics Admin Clerk to support its logistics and operations teams. The role involves coordinating delivery schedules, processing transport documentation, managing inventory records, and ensuring all logistics processes comply with company standards.

This position is key to maintaining efficient product and transport movement across the business.

Logistics Supervisor


Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)Required

A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or AdministrationAdvantageous

1–3 years experience in logistics or admin roles

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience using logistics software/systems

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and time management abilities

Main Responsibilities:

Update and manage delivery schedules and dispatch plans

Track all incoming and outgoing shipments

Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and suppliers

Assist with transport bookings, job cards, and trip sheets

Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents

Keep accurate logs of vehicle movements, stock transfers, and Proof of Delivery (PODs)

Compile daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports

Assist with stock checks and reconciliations

Report any discrepancies to supervisors

Answer logistics-related calls and emails

Maintain updated driver/supplier/client contact lists

Support the logistics supervisor with ad hoc admin duties
