About the Programme

Bluespec is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Finance Graduates to join its Finance Graduate Programme. The opportunity is aimed at recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in accounting and finance while working with experienced finance professionals.

Positions are available across multiple Bluespec branches in:

  • Sandton
  • Kempton Park
  • Wynberg
  • Randburg
  • Centurion
  • Greenstone
  • Bedfordview
  • Roodepoort

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates may be required to:

  • Capture and process financial transactions.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with month-end finance processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support audit and compliance activities.
  • Assist with taxation and general finance administration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
  • Perform other finance-related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Grade 12/Matric.
  • A qualification in one of the following:
    • Financial Accounting
    • Management Accounting
    • Bachelor of Accounting
    • Diploma in Accounting
    • Diploma in Financial Management
    • BCom Finance & Economics
  • Up to 1 year of finance-related experience. Graduates without experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Basic knowledge of Financial Accounting, Taxation and Auditing.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
