To inspire people to live active lives by delivering quality fitness inductions, supporting member retention, and promoting wellness services and fitness products.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
Build meaningful member relationships to drive retention
Guide and support members in achieving fitness goals
Promote new and existing fitness programs
Deliver health & safety on the gym floor
Stay up to date with industry developments
Ensure admin and operational duties are completed accurately
Promote other Virgin Active services
📌 Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Fitness qualification (industry recognized)
6+ months experience in the fitness industry
First Aid certification with AED
Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Strong customer service background
