📌 Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and book appointments daily
Sell memberships and exceed monthly targets
Use CRM systems to log activity and results
Build rapport with prospects and match their needs to Virgin Active offerings
Follow up with potential leads and drive sales through referrals and relationship building
Assist with events, local activations, and in-club promotions
Share ideas and success tactics in team meetings
Stay informed about market trends and competitors
Work closely with your Sales Manager and Regional Coach to close deals and improve strategy
🏆 Requirements
Must Have:
Matric (Grade 12)
2+ years of sales experience
Experience in promotion and direct sales
Confident communication and excellent customer service skills
Strong goal-setting and self-management abilities
Able to analyze sales metrics and manage budgets
Preferred:
Tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing
Fitness/wellness knowledge
