Overview
FNB is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to provide administrative support that ensures smooth and efficient operations within their department.
Key Responsibilities
Provide reliable administrative assistance to support the day-to-day functions of the team.
Monitor and manage personal productivity and cost-efficiency, identifying ways to reduce unnecessary expenses.
Report and escalate potential risks that could increase operational costs.
Handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring first-time resolution and appropriate follow-ups.
Maintain high standards of service delivery, aligning with company values and customer service protocols.
Continuously suggest and implement improvements to internal processes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all work meets quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
Prepare accurate reports and documentation on time.
Manage and track workflow to support decision-making processes.
Take initiative in self-development by identifying performance gaps, seeking feedback, and acting on it.
Keep up to date with new skills, company policies, product updates, and trends.
