FTC Driver – Inland Region | Tsebo | Midrand

Tsebo Cleaning and Hygiene Solutions is looking for a Driver to join its Inland Region team in Midrand, Gauteng on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, transportation of staff, vehicle care, and completion of required delivery documentation while complying with road and traffic regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

The appointed Driver will be expected to:

  • Deliver goods safely and on time.
  • Transport staff safely between units.
  • Keep the company vehicle clean and ensure it is serviced regularly.
  • Complete all delivery documents accurately.
  • Maintain a vehicle logbook at all times.
  • Report vehicle defects and accidents immediately.
  • Complete assigned duties within the required timeframes.
  • Assist with other duties when required, including tasks outside the normal scope of responsibility.
  • Work professionally with employees at different levels of the organisation.
  • Maintain positive and respectful interactions with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.

Skills and Competencies

Applicants should have:

  • A presentable and neat appearance.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A good command of English.
  • The ability to work professionally with others.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Valid Code 10 driver’s licence
  • Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
