We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and target-driven General Worker Picker to join our warehouse team.
Role Purpose
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure products are picked accurately according to picking slips, staged correctly in the checking area, and securely sealed or wrapped once verified.
Key Responsibilities
Follow safe working practices at all times.
Accurately pick products as per picking slip.
Stage products in the checking lane.
Wrap or seal products once checked.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
Adhere to standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications
Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Experience
1–2 years’ warehouse experience.
Skills & Competencies
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic numerical ability.
Knowledge of warehouse equipment.
Innovative and committed to continuous improvement.
Accountability and respect in the workplace.
Other Information
Must be target-driven and able to work in a pressurised environment.
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required.
