Location: Groenkloof National Park (Head Office)
Salary: R 369 915.00 – R517 860.00
The Organisation requires the services of a Human Capital Management Officer – Learning and Development within the Human Capital Management Division on a fixed-term contract of 24 months. This position will be based at Groenkloof National Park, Pretoria.
Requirements
Be in possession of a National Diploma in Human Resources Development /Management or Equivalent
Project Management Certificate
Code B Drivers licence and own car
Have 2–4 years working experience and 3 years of this, should be in a project management environment.
Understanding of Project Management principles
Proficiency With MS Office, Especially MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
Knowledge Of Good Corporate Governance Practices
2 Years of Project Management Experience, Including Tracking And Planning Projects
Excellent Organizational And Team-Player Skills And Ability To Balance Multiple Priorities In A Changing Environment.
Responsibilities
Schedule high impact learning and development programs based on the approved budget.
Coordinate induction programs for new learners.
Coordinate implementation of non-cathsseta learnerships, apprenticeships and skills
programmes as per setas requirements.
Develop and maintain learner recruitment & induction schedule.
Schedule steering committee meetings and take minutes.
Maintain learner tracker for all high impact programmes.
Compiling documents and reports for management review.
Assist in b-bbee report coordination.
Contribute towards the reporting of the workplace skills plan (wsp) and annual training report (atr) to the relevant setas.
