Job Description
Main Objectives:
To execute full- and on-time daily targets in the Production Department and the bulk plan. To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised. (The Premier way).
Key Responsibilities:
To maintain a high-quality product in Production Department
Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times.
Adhere to all Company rules and procedures.
Efficiencies
Planned maintenance of assigned assets
Administration and record control
SOP’s, hygiene and housekeeping
Food Safety
Health & Safety
Stacking of Crate
Picking of stock
Damage repacks.
Qualification Requirements
Grade 12
Requirements
At least 1 years’ experience in the FMCG industry
Skills and Competencies
Effectively operates and maintains scales and various other equipment.
Understanding of production process
Quality management principles
Accuracy / Attention to deal: Proficient in converting units to calculate batch requirements.
Extreme attention to detail and accurate documentation.
Numerical ability
