Internship Quality Control And Assurance

Job Description
What will you be doing:
Gaining practical exposure and experience in our bakery QC/QA processes by doing the following:
Ensuring quality products are produced
Pratical work exposure in quality management
Site and Internal and external audits
Technical support/ Trouble shooting
Food safety and quality control
Support of food safety culture
You will be provided with formal amd informal guidance throughout tthe duration of the program.
Requirements:
Entry:

Experience Requirements
Experience:
• As an Intern you will be required to accurately record and keep your workplace exposure (logbook)
• Have good knowledge of the relevant department/area in the milling supply chain & able to perform required key tasks as stipulated.
• Perform any other tasks required by the QC/QA Manager.
Skills and Competencies
• One year workplace exposure in Quality Assurance and Control.

Fuel Attendant
Location : Aeroton Bakery
Objectives
The purpose of the Fuel Attendant is to ensure that bakery vehicles are fueled on time for the effective bakery distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Fuelling Operations: Pumping fuel into bakery vehicles, monitoring fuel levels, and ensuring accurate dispensing.
Safety and Compliance: Following safety protocols for fuel handling, including wearing appropriate safety gear, and adhering to environmental regulations.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping the fuelling area clean and organised, including disposing of trash and cleaning windshield if requested.
Stock Management: Monitoring fuel levels in storage tanks and ordering fuel supplies as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintaining records of fuel transactions and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
Communication: Effectively communicating with Management regarding any issues or concern related to fuelling operations
Requirements
Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC Literacy.
Valid code C license.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry with sound knowledge of sales.

Cost Accountant
Location: Middleburg
Description
Main Objectives
The purpose of the Cost Accountant role is to manage the full stock control function and operational efficiencies to mitigate stock losses in collaboration with relevant site HOD’s.
Key Responsibilities
To provide a cost management service to the management team in respect of deviation reporting along with waste elimination opportunities.
To determine and manage cost accounting procedures and methods in order to accurately account for costs per product.
To perform stock reconciliation, reporting and investigation of variances to initiate corrective action on a daily basis
To ensure accurate recording and reporting of stock information through compilation of financial journals and balance sheet reconciliations on monthly basis.
Requirements
Matric and CIMA qualification
Cost Accounting Degree/Diploma
Experience Requirements
3 to 4 years’ experience cost accountant experience
2 to 4 years’ experience in an FMCG industry
Experience in using ERP System e.g., GP2010 would be an advantage
