About the Role
Premier FMCG, a leader in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, is searching for a proactive and results-driven General Worker (Picker). In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products according to picking slips, moving them to the checking area, and ensuring all items are properly sealed or wrapped after verification.
Key Duties:
Follow safe working procedures at all times.
Pick stock correctly based on the picking slip.
Maintain good housekeeping standards.
Adhere to all standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 / Matric.
Experience:
1–2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong teamwork abilities.
Good communication skills.
Able to work well under pressure.
Self-driven and motivated.
Knowledge of warehouse equipment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong numerical capability.
