Henwil Chickens is frequently looking for candidates to fill vacancies (permanently or temporarily) for a General Worker.
This position is not restricted to a specific department or division.
Duties and Responsibilities
▪︎ Performing tasks as given by the Manager.
▪︎ Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
▪︎ Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
▪︎ Ensure a safe working environment.
▪︎ To assist in other areas as required.
▪︎ Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.
Requirements:
▪︎ Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate will serve as a recommendation.
▪︎ Must have reliable transport.
▪︎ Must be hardworking, honest and self-motivated.
▪︎ Must be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
▪︎ Located in the Lichtenburg area will be to your advantageous.
▪︎ Good communication skills.
▪︎ Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, public holidays and various shifts.
▪︎ Willing to work in dusty, noisy, cold and wet areas.
▪︎ Willing to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
