Job Overview:
RCL FOODS is looking to hire an HR Administrator to join their Human Resources team in Pretoria West
The role is aimed at providing daily administrative support and contributing to the ongoing improvement and effectiveness of the HR department.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
A relevant Human Resource Management degree
A valid Code EB driver’s license
At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Administration:
Support recruitment processes for A and B level positions
Perform background and criminal checks promptly
Announce new employee appointments
Coordinate onboarding from offer letter to induction
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and processes
Handle processes related to parental leave and injury on duty (IOD)
Oversee the performance management system
Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system
Generate HR reports and analytics
Coordinate with payroll and manage payslip distribution
Administer medical aid enrollments and withdrawals
Handle documentation for death and disability claims
Record disciplinary actions in SAP
Manage attendance and leave records, including vacation and probation reviews
Maintain and secure personnel files
Assist with disciplinary and grievance investigations
Distribute HR policies and communicate updates
Administer study loans and bursaries
Respond to and resolve HR-related queries from staff and managers
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Accuracy and completeness of employee data and documentation
Timely completion of administrative tasks
High levels of internal customer satisfaction
