About the Opportunity
Managed People Solutions is offering internship placements to young, unemployed TVET graduates seeking practical workplace experience. Successful candidates will be placed in retail stores, performing basic merchandising duties while gaining valuable industry exposure.
This program is specifically open to individuals who have completed their NCV Level 4 qualification and currently live in Johannesburg Central.
Key Responsibilities
Determine and draw required stock for merchandising.
Check product quality, expiry dates, and ensure correct stock rotation.
Verify price tags and execute merchandising activities as outlined in cycle briefs.
Record merchandising activities and provide regular feedback.
Report customer complaints, queries, and out-of-stock items.
Stay informed on current products and promotions.
Complete store visits according to the call cycle schedule.
Requirements
Must be under 28 years old.
Completed NCV Level 2–4 Certificate in one of the following fields:
Management
Finance
Office Administration
Information Technology (IT)
Reside in Johannesburg Central.
