Purpose of the Role
This position ensures that the organisation’s buildings, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and functioning effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality work in tiling, building, and any related maintenance tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
Grade 12
Building certificate
Preferred Skills & Competencies
Ability to work independently and supervise others
Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
Good communication across all levels
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible hours
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
Project management knowledge is an advantage
Adaptability and customer service orientation
Strong work standards and quality focus
Willingness to work on standby
Valid driver’s licence (Code B minimum)
