Operations Learnership Programme at Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages

Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (CCPB) is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our Operations Learnership Programme. This fixed-term contract is located across multiple locations in Western Cape, including Athlone, Paarl (Huguenot), and Parow (Primary). Successful candidates will be awarded a Further Education and Training Certificate: Generic Management (NQF 4) upon completion.

Program Highlights

• Duration: 12 months of combined theoretical and practical training.
• Certification: NQF Level 4 in Generic Management.
• Theory Sessions: Off-site training sessions to complete theoretical components and submit portfolios.
• Practical Experience: Hands-on work in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry focusing on leadership, team building, problem-solving, decision making, and service monitoring.

Who Should Apply: 

• Education: Completed Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate).
• Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities (written and verbal), computer literacy.
• Attributes: Dedicated to learning new skills, unemployed, and able to commit fully to the duration of the learnership.
