This program is designed for individuals who want to grow their skills and gain hands-on experience in the steel manufacturing process.

About the Learnership

• Structured outcome-based training program, combining institutional learning and on-the-job experience.
• Regular assessments to monitor progress.
• Training-related costs, Personal Protective Equipment, on-site personal insurance, and a monthly stipend included.
• Note: Permanent employment is not guaranteed after program completion.

What You’ll Do

• Fully commit to and successfully complete the learnership program.
• Ensure a healthy, safe work environment by adhering to safety and environmental policies.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics/Maths Literacy and English.
• Physical Science is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, driven, and a team player.
• An aptitude for engineering and a passion for learning.
