Role Purpose:
As a Kitchen Sculler, your main responsibility is to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met at all times according to The Capital Hotel Group’s policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic, and well-organized
Ensure the availability of clean kitchen equipment and utensils
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Support the kitchen team by maintaining a smooth and safe workspace
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
Excellent attention to detail
Well-presented and clear communicator
Team player with a proactive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and stay calm
Willingness to work shifts
Good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and with a team
