Job Summary
The Laundry Attendant plays an important role in ensuring that guests receive freshly cleaned, pressed, and neatly folded laundry and linen. You will also support the housekeeping team when needed, following high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Follow all company policies, procedures, and standard operating processes
Receive, clean, press, and return guest laundry according to hotel procedures
Supply clean linen to Room Attendants and ensure quality standards are maintained
Manage the issuing and return of staff uniforms
Record and count soiled linen sent to the external laundry supplier
Maintain and clean laundry equipment, storage areas, and the linen storeroom
Ensure workspaces are neat, hygienic, and well-organized
Report maintenance issues promptly
Assist with general housekeeping tasks when required
Perform any other duties assigned by management
