About the Opportunity
Eskom Academy of Learning is offering an exciting development opportunity for 10 Learner Hospitality professionals. This 24-month programme provides hands-on
exposure within a high-performance hospitality environment, supporting the Executive Chef in both operational and administrative areas.
🔸 Key Responsibilities
As a Hospitality Learner, you will gain
experience and contribute to:
Preparing and producing food in line with quality standards
Managing and controlling stock within kitchen operations
Providing administrative support & implementing ISO standards
Delivering high-quality customer service
Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements
Qualification:
A National Diploma / National N Diploma (NQF Level 6, 240 credits) in:
Catering Management
Hospitality and Catering Services
Hotel School Qualification
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working across all kitchen departments
