This programme is designed to equip participants with practical workplace skills, industry exposure, and an accredited qualification, while supporting the broader healthcare environment.

Successful candidates will be placed in a relevant business unit within the organisation, gaining hands-on experience suited to their strengths and qualifications.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

Be South African citizens

Be living with a disability (valid medical documentation required)

Be currently unemployed and not studying

Not have completed a Business Administration NQF Level 4 Learnership previously

Have completed Grade 12

Have a tertiary qualification (advantageous)

Live in Gauteng and be able to commute to Universal House in Sunninghill (Sandton)
