Minimum Requirements
Must be a South African citizen.
Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
Currently unemployed.
Reside in Germiston or nearby areas.
Willing to learn and fully engage in all programme activities.
Possess good communication and teamwork abilities.

Programme Overview
During this 12-month learnership, participants will:
Receive hands-on training in a fast-paced poultry processing environment.
Rotate through key departments such as Production, Quality, and Administration.
Learn about food safety, hygiene standards, and operational processes.

Develop essential workplace and employability skills.
