About the Role
Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Logistics Clerk to join its Training Centre in Florida, Roodepoort.
The successful candidate will oversee daily logistics operations β including courier services, archiving, bookstore management, and ordering of stationery and training materials.
This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Training Department and related business units.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Prior experience in logistics, office support, or administration (advantageous)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Valid driverβs license and own transport (advantageous)
Clear criminal record
Reside in the West Rand area (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Handle all courier and postage services to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
Maintain and manage the document archive system
Oversee bookstore or training material inventory and issue items as required
Manage stationery, consumables, and training manual stock levels
Liaise with suppliers and process orders promptly
Keep accurate logistics records and assist with management reports
Provide administrative and logistical support to training staff
Adhere to company policies and operational standards

Confident in managing suppliers and internal requests
