Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities
🛍️ Sales and Productivity
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Focus on driving sales through expert makeup artistry.
Participate in events, product launches, and retailer promotions once certified.
Provide timely feedback on customer issues and sales performance.
💅 Brand Management
Stay informed about competitor activity and industry trends.
Maintain brand standards, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
🧾 Stock & Store Operations
Merchandise products according to brand guidelines.
Report stock shortages daily to maintain excellent customer service.
Manage stock control, prevent losses, and follow operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with asset security and point-of-sale processes.
💖 Customer Experience
Deliver consistent, world-class service to every client.
Build customer loyalty through expert makeup demonstrations and advice.
Share professional tips, trends, and product knowledge to educate clients.
Support CRM initiatives and help grow the customer database.

Qualifications and Experience

Certificate in Make-Up Artistry (compulsory).
At least 3 years’ advanced make-up experience.
Up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends and products.
Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Willing to work weekends and shifts as required.
Must have own reliable transport.
