About the Role:
Are you passionate about skincare, cosmetics, and helping people feel their best? Clicks is looking for a confident and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join their team and represent the beauty department.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Consult with customers, give expert beauty advice, and help them choose suitable products.
Sales & Promotion: Boost beauty product sales by cross-selling, up-selling, and reaching monthly targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product ranges, new trends, promotions, and events.
Stock & Merchandising: Manage stock effectively and maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual displays.
Customer Service: Act as a brand ambassador—friendly, helpful, and professional at all times.
Clicks ClubCard: Promote and sign up new ClubCard members to reach participation goals.
Brand Loyalty: Promote exclusive/private label products to drive loyalty and profitability.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential
Advantageous: Qualification in beauty or skincare
Experience: Experience in retail/beauty/FMCG/sales or marketing is a plus
