Marketing Assistant
Salary: R8,000 – R12,000 per month (basic).
Location: Randburg, Johannesburg.
Remote work: Hybrid (some remote allowed).
Education: Diploma.
Experience level: Mid-level.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and monitor brand growth.
Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects and campaigns.
Oversee project timelines and campaign execution.
Develop content and creative strategies.
Handle media relations, press releases, and media kits.
Manage crisis communication when required.
Track and report on brand performance and campaign results.
Set and monitor campaign goals and KPIs.
Ensure brand compliance and creative alignment.
Create clear, engaging content for digital platforms.
Plan and execute social media and communication campaigns.
Produce text, images, and videos for online use.
Manage day-to-day social media activities (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website).
Lead content strategy, including launching new digital platforms.
Maintain presence across platforms (e.g., SEO, Wikipedia).
Oversee digital community engagement and growth.
Manage servers, campaign files, and reporting processes.
Generate and implement fresh campaign ideas.
Tools & Skills
Proficient in Google Drive, Canva, ChatGPT, Microsoft Office.
Skilled in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X).
Strong background in content creation and video editing.
Knowledge of SEO and digital platform management.
Advantageous: background in sports.
