Jobs4All is looking for a seasoned Sales Executive with solid experience in plastic or concrete pipe sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, proven ability to engage at executive level (EXCO), and a passion for driving business growth.
This role focuses on managing key accounts, expanding market share, and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Grow sales by securing new business opportunities within the plastic/concrete pipe sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and senior decision-makers.
Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction for repeat business.
Provide market insights and feedback to inform future sales strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Work with internal sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to boost brand visibility.
Collaborate across departments to improve operations and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
Proven sales experience, specifically in the plastic pipe industry (or closely related field).
Experience dealing with senior executives (EXCO level).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Results-driven, with a proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs in the industry.
Degree/diploma in Sales, Business, Engineering, or related field (advantageous).
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in managing key accounts or high-value clients.
Technical knowledge of plastic pipe products and their applications.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide a small sales team.
