Role Overview
The Material Handler is responsible for the receiving, storage, issuing, and internal movement of goods within the warehouse. The role ensures efficient inventory management, accurate documentation, and compliance with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists.
Identify and report any discrepancies, and quarantine uncontrolled or damaged goods.
Store materials efficiently and maintain accurate inventory records.
Transport goods internally to designated areas as needed.
Process material requests, customer orders, and dispatch items with quality control checks.
Package and prepare goods for safe shipment, ensuring all documentation is included.
Conduct cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy according to company policy.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
Support other logistics tasks as required.
Requirements
Valid forklift and reach truck license.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong service orientation and teamwork attitude.
Basic understanding of gaming industry products and solid knowledge of warehouse operations.
Ability to suggest and support process improvements.
