About the Role
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking a Moves and Churns Assistant to support campus transport operations. The role involves safely moving, assembling, disassembling, and positioning furniture, office equipment, and related items. Additional duties include basic asset labelling, assisting with small maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all moves are completed efficiently, safely, and with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Delivery
Move, assemble, and disassemble office furniture and equipment across the campus.
Label assets and support IT teams in safely handling IT equipment.
Ensure compliance with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations.
Keep storage and workshop areas clean and organized.
Take before-and-after photos for move records.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Record and report all move and churn activities through the TFS Helpdesk.
Inspect storage areas and equipment as instructed by the Supervisor.
Service Delivery Management
Ensure service levels and performance targets are consistently met.
Keep accurate records of all move and churn requests and completed actions.
Customer Focus
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Escalate unresolved issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Reporting
Update and maintain all activity records daily.

Qualifications and Experience
Matric (Grade 12).
1–3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
Experience in space planning, moves and churns, general maintenance, or furniture assembly is advantageous.
