Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit nurses and healthcare professionals for NHS and private sector roles (temporary and permanent).
Manage the full recruitment cycle including compliance, onboarding, and placements.
Coordinate and manage shift bookings for NHS clients.
Ensure candidates meet UK compliance requirements (right-to-work, DBS, training, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and NHS stakeholders.
Collaborate with UK consultants to fill urgent and ongoing vacancies.
Requirements
Proven experience in UK NHS healthcare recruitment (essential).
Strong knowledge of NHS booking systems and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload across UK time zones.
Familiarity with healthcare staffing platforms and CRM systems.
Target-driven with a passion for high-quality placements.
