Purpose of the Role
We’re looking for a Stock Replenisher to help manage our inbound supply chain and ensure the right product mix is always available at our Distribution Centre.
You’ll work closely with suppliers, buyers, and operations teams to maintain accurate stock levels, place timely orders, and support promotional replenishment.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage the AWR (Advanced Warning Replenishment) system.
Place accurate and timely orders from suppliers.
Monitor stock levels to reduce overstock and avoid shortages.
Prepare management reports (e.g., back-orders, weekly inventory analysis).
Forecast demand using past sales and buyer estimates.
Manage and confirm pro-forma invoices and shipment details.
Follow up on imports, local orders, and late shipments.
Collaborate with suppliers and buyers to ensure agreements meet requirements.
Support promotional stock replenishment.
Assist with order policy analysis and system parameter updates.
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
A tertiary qualification is advantageous.
2–3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of AWR systems.
Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills (bilingual in English and Afrikaans preferred).
