Job Purpose
To ensure the smooth and continuous operation of the production line in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure optimal capacity utilisation on the production line.
Follow and promote safe working practices at all times.
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the work area.
Adhere strictly to all SOPs and company guidelines.
Participate in Invocom meetings (team discussions).
Required Competencies

Good understanding of production equipment operation.

Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
1–2 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Additional Information
Work environment may be hot, noisy, and dusty (flour).
Must be willing to work overtime, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
This is a 6-day work position.
