Job Purpose
To achieve daily production and bulk plan targets efficiently and on time while ensuring the quality and integrity of all products are maintained according to The Premier Way.
Key Responsibilities
Meet daily production targets and maintain product quality.
Ensure high housekeeping and hygiene standards at all times.
Follow all company rules, procedures, and safety protocols.
Perform planned maintenance on assigned equipment.
Keep accurate administration and production records.
Adhere to SOPs, food safety, and health and safety standards.
Handle stacking, picking of stock, and repacking of damaged items.

Ability to operate and maintain production equipment, including scales.
Strong numerical and documentation accuracy.
Good understanding of production processes.

Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
1–2 years’ experience in the FMCG industry.

Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to perform under pressure.
