Key Responsibilities
Perform frontline and reception duties (detailed duties to be discussed during the interview).
Welcome and assist patients with frame selections and lens options.
Provide an excellent customer service experience throughout the consultation process.
Support the optometrist and ensure smooth daily practice operations.
Handle payments, bookings, and general administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Fluent in English.
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
A natural flair for sales and customer engagement.
Previous optical experience (essential).
Own transport.
Must be willing to work some weekends.
