About the Role
Virgin Active is looking for certified and motivated Personal Trainers who are eager to grow their own fitness businesses within our premium clubs. As a Personal Trainer Tenant, you’ll operate independently — managing your own clients, schedule, and income — while enjoying the support, reputation, and environment of the Virgin Active brand.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1-on-1 or small group training sessions.
Build, attract, and retain your own client base within the club.
Maintain a visible, professional presence on the training floor.
Conduct introductory sessions for new members.
Handle your own admin, bookings, and scheduling.
Ensure a clean, safe, and motivating environment for all members.
Minimum Requirements
Certified Personal Trainer (NQF Level 5 or higher).
Strong business acumen and self-management skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
