About the Role
King Price Insurance is looking for an Outbound Client Care Consultant to join the team.
The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent service to clients while upselling products to retain existing customers and attract new business.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client queries and resolve complaints effectively.
Upsell a range of products to existing clients in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with company quality standards and King Price values.
Requirements
Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent (essential).
RE5 certification (essential).
Full FAIS qualification (advantageous).
Previous call centre experience in client care and/or sales (essential).
Experience in short-term insurance (advantageous).
Strong product knowledge.
