Purpose of the Role:

To generate and support parts sales, maintain strong customer relationships, assist service technicians with booking parts, and ensure smooth processing of quotations and orders while meeting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and timely customer feedback.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Meet monthly parts sales targets.

Implement parts sales campaigns and strategies.

Process quotations & sales orders; follow up on backorders.

Provide regular updates to customers regarding stock and orders.

Compile monthly sales performance and market activity reports.

Assist service technicians in identifying and booking parts.

Support finance department with debtor/vendor queries.

Participate in stock take and team meetings (POP meetings).

Maintain a safe working environment and follow company procedures.


Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric).

3–5 years’ experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of parts.
