Role Purpose:
To drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities in the hygiene, pest control & interior plants industry while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Own vehicle & valid driver’s license
5+ years sales management experience in hygiene, pest control & interior plants industry
Proven sales track record in a target-driven environment
Planning & organizing skills
Presentation & interpersonal skills
Performance management experience
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Ability to work under pressure & independently
Strong market intelligence (knowledge of competitors & industry trends)
Excellent communication (speaking & listening)
Self-starter & team player
Willingness to make personal sacrifices to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
