💼 Main Purpose of the Role:
To facilitate parts sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring efficient order processing and stock handling.
📋 Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Process sales orders, invoices, and quotes accurately and on time
Manage parts catalogues, stock levels, and urgent orders
Monitor deliveries and collections
Keep records well-organized (invoices, orders, etc.)
Achieve sales targets/KPIs
Assist with stock take
Follow up with customers daily and source new clients
Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, Safety regulations, and Volvo standards
📚 Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
3+ years experience in Parts Sales
Technical background is an advantage
Experience in a retail parts environment
