Programme Overview
The Pattern Making Programme focuses on developing technically competent, employment-ready pattern makers by blending theory, practical application, and workplace exposure.Professional training courses
Interns will:
Learn to create accurate patterns from design sketches
Use pattern-making software effectively
Apply sustainable practices in garment production
Work collaboratively in manufacturing teams
Communicate technical ideas clearly and professionally
Training is delivered through a rotational learning model, consisting of:
Two weeks of classroom-based theory per month
Two weeks of hands-on workplace experience per month
Interns work alongside experienced pattern makers, gaining insight into real manufacturing processes, tools, and industry best practices.
