Role Overview
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Group Managers.

The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, arranging travel, and handling confidential information to enable managers to focus on key strategic and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Offer administrative and coordination support for cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Act as a liaison between Group Managers and internal/external stakeholders to maintain smooth communication.

Manage diaries, schedule meetings, handle appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Screen calls and emails, responding or redirecting as appropriate.

Organize local and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.

Assist in planning and executing conferences, workshops, and events.

Draft, proofread, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and official correspondence.

Prepare and share meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.

Handle administrative tasks like processing expenses, procurement requests, and data entry.

Provide reception support when needed.

Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Support the Senior Executive Assistant with delegated tasks and special projects.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / NQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification.

Proven PA or Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple managers.

Preferably 5–10 years in a secretarial role.

Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in corporate, fast-paced, or multi-functional environments.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
