Duties And Responsibilities
● Ensure housekeeping is conducted in your area as you perform your duties.
● Know, understand, and follow the picking GLC743218 & Binning GLC743219 work procedure.
● Assist other team members as and when required.
● Work overtime as and when required.
Achieve Picking rate of 19 lines per hour.
● Ensure all parts picking are delivered to the correct chutes in time.
● Ensure all parts picked are properly secured to avoid parts falling off.
● Ensure all work equipment is returned to and stored in the designated area when not in use.
● Be familiar with the Section 14 of the OHS
act as was discussed in your induction.
● Ensure that you work according to the company’s work safe procedure.
● Ensure that your work environment is safe and report any unsafe acts or conditions.
Requirements:
● Matric and Abet Level 4
● Must have 1 year experience working in a warehouse environment.
● Must have a driver’s license. Crane & forklift licence will be an added advantage.
● Good communication skills.
● Must have general knowledge of spares identification, verification & understanding.
● Must be willing to be a team player, work with & assist other team members
● Must be prepared to work overtime as & when necessary to meet deadlines.
