Role Purpose
Support store and warehouse operations by assisting customers, processing sales transactions, managing stock, and maintaining high store standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counter sales service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Handle stock operations: receiving, dispatching, picking, stock takes, and deliveries.
Perform colour matching and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Uphold health and safety requirements in daily operations.
Receive, process, and organise incoming shipments.
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Valid driver’s license.
2–3 years of retail experience.
Basic sales and customer service knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organisational ability and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Product knowledge in the automotive or coatings sector is an advantage.
