Role Purpose
As a Porter, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests — creating a warm welcome and assisting them with luggage.
You’ll help maintain a clean lobby and forecourt, respond to guest needs, and ensure professional, courteous service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and assist with luggage
Handle parcels and post deliveries
Keep entrance and lobby areas neat and tidy
Deliver exceptional service and fulfill guest requests promptly
Communicate effectively with both guests and team members
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Friendly, presentable, and well-spoken
Honest and trustworthy
Calm under pressure and a team player
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
Able to relocate at own expense (if not based in Johannesburg)
