Key Responsibilities
Assisting customers with product inquiries and sales
Merchandising and maintaining product displays
Managing stock control, stock taking, and pricing
Delivering excellent customer service
Following general retail branch procedures and contributing to team success
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Senior Certificate
Previous experience in retail, particularly in sales or customer service
Experience in merchandising and stock control
Technical knowledge of tools, DIY, or hardware is a strong advantage
Honest, reliable, and a good team player
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
