Role Purpose:
The main goal is to provide outstanding customer experiences that drive sales and profitability while upholding brand standards and strengthening the Dolce & Gabbana image. This overview highlights key responsibilities but is not exhaustive.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Profit:
Meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
Focus on makeup sales as a primary driver.
Support sales activities at events and launches once certified by Dolce & Gabbana.
Report customer or sales-related feedback promptly.
Brand Management:
Stay informed on competitor activity and current trends.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per brand guidelines.
Always uphold brand standards.
Stock & Store Operations:
Merchandise stock according to guidelines.
Report stock shortages daily to your manager to maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage stock control, loss prevention, and adhere to all operating procedures.
Follow security and asset control processes.
Handle point-of-sale duties accurately.
Customer Experience:
Deliver consistent, exceptional service to all clients.
Enhance the customer journey, building loyalty and confidence through personalized makeup applications.
Share makeup tips, trends, and expert knowledge to educate customers.
Grow the customer database by attracting new clients.
Implement CRM procedures effectively.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.
Support overall sales plans and participate in events.
Help onboard and assist new team members.
Maintain high standards and live company values.
Administration:
Complete daily tracking and retail reports.
Assist store management as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of retail cosmetics experience.
At least 3 years of advanced makeup expertise.
Make-Up Certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of current industry trends.
Team player who is eager to learn and solve problems.
Willingness to work weekends and shifts as needed.
Own reliable transport is required.
