Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent (preferred).
At least 2 years’ experience in pad printing or a similar role.
Ability to set up and operate pad printing equipment, or willingness to be trained.
Strong English communication skills.
Medically fit with a clear criminal record.
Available to work overtime, weekends, or shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate pad printing machines according to procedures.
Ensure correct 2-colour print placement and quality.
Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary.
Identify and report artwork errors to supervisors immediately.
Accurately complete job cards and timesheets.
Achieve production targets under pressure while maintaining quality.
Perform basic machine maintenance and report faults for repair promptly.
Support other roles or departments as needed.
Comply with HSE and PPE regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
