Role Overview
This role supports Partners Worldwide’s operations in Mozambique, Zambia, Eswatini, and South Africa, assisting the Regional Director in strengthening partnerships, improving programs, and ensuring efficient resource use.
You will help develop partners’ capacity, support programs with administration and coordination, and contribute to the broader regional network’s health and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Support regional strategy and annual planning in coordination with the Regional Director.
Assist with program management: tracking project timelines, deliverables, and resolving implementation challenges.
Facilitate capacity building among local partners.
Aid in monitoring and evaluation: ensure accurate reporting of impact metrics and project plans.
Contribute to communications and storytelling: gather evidence and stories from partners and communities.
Handle administrative tasks: travel, meetings, reports, proposals, record-keeping.
Represent PW at regional events, forums, and gatherings.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree/diploma in Business Administration, International Development, Economics, or related field.
At least 5 years’ professional experience.
Familiarity with agricultural value chains is a strong plus.
Strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, database tools, video conferencing platforms.
Able to work independently and collaboratively. High attention to detail, reliability, and initiative.
